I led the brand strategy and positioning for the merger of two influencer marketing agencies, ensuring a cohesive and inclusive process. By conducting qualitative stakeholder interviews and distributing a questionnaire to team members, I made sure the goals of the new agency were represented. I guided the teams in selecting a new name that fostered unity and team spirit, while also leading the website flow and key messaging. My work extended to crafting key copy and defining the brand positioning, ensuring a strong, unified identity that resonated both internally and externally.
